Ruthie was surrendered by a breeder. She has not received the care she deserves for most of her life. Ruthie has a gentle temperment and loves other dogs. UPDATE: Ruthie is doing very well in foster care. Just look at her sporting her new spring ensemble during a photo shoot! She's such a pretty girl! Her foster mom takes Ruthie to work with her & calls her "Ruthie Cutie" As you can see, she is at her foster mom's work -- that is her work "bed" which she is hardly ever on because foster mom is in constant motion which means that all 3 dogs with her (including Ruthie) are moving all day long - they love it when foster mom finally picks one room to stay in for awhile, all 3 know to nap immediately then.
